Chipton-Ross is seeking 12 (twelve) Sheet Metal Mechanics for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.
SUMMARY:
Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
F-16 production structural component build-up to include- Precision Drilling, Countersinking, Reaming, and installing various fasteners (rivets, Hi-loks, and Huck Bolts) all work is completed in accordance with engineering drawings, or technical references.
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of 6 years Sheet metal structural experience to include precision drilling, countersinking, and reaming.
EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
SHIFT:
4/10-ST Shift
Must be able and willing to work any 4/10 shift 1st, 2nd Mon-Thurs or Weekend shift Thurs-Sunday
1st 6:00 am- 4:30 pm
2nd 4:30pm- 3:00 am
weekend thurs-sunday 6:00am to 4:30pmEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
