Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
This position is 100% onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Develop, integrate, and test simulation models of different missile components
o Develop flight scenarios for testing
o Perform pre-flight prediction analysis
o Perform post-flight data review and analysis
o Perform trade studies by utilizing different models or varying model parameters
o Verify and validate new models
o Model Infra-Red and Radar sensor inputs
o Document models and testing associated with the models
o Work with subsystem and software engineers to integrate models
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have GNC experience
Experience in weapon system and sensor modeling
Proficient in C++ and MATLAB/Simulink, with at least 3 years of experience in each language.
Experience integrating algorithms into a high-fidelity simulation.
Experience in code testing and documentation.
EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Physics, Applied Math, Or Computer Science
