Chipton-Ross is seeking an HR Generalist for a contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI.

This position is 100% onsite.

Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing the HR support and leadership for dedicated plants. This position manages initiatives related to organization and management team effectiveness and organization design. This position will also drive the common execution and implementation of HR processes across the facility / ies. This role will be part of a global business unit in electromechanical instrumentation reporting in to the Sr HR Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In conjunction with the Sr HR Manager, develop HR plans to support the achievement of business objectives and achievement of desired organizational culture. Drive common HR talent processes and provide onsite support for all employees. Consult with management on a variety of HR and business related issues, both strategic and operational.
Partner with the Sr HR Manager and facility Senior Leadership teams to translate strategy and ensure alignment to the vision. Additionally, the incumbent will manage day-to-day ER, staffing, and compensation issues in partnership with managers and COE's.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Strong knowledge of HR management components such as training, compensation, performance management, change leadership and organizational design. Demonstrated application of those skills and partnership with HR Centers of Expertise would be a benefit.
A proven track record of disciplined action and execution in Human Resource roles. In those roles, there should be demonstrated skills and proficiency in the following areas: ability to persuade and influence effectively at multiple levels of an organization, strong teamwork and proven skills communicating effectively. The ability to manage relationships through understanding of environment and needs is also expected in these HR roles.
The incumbent should have some project and process management skills and strong consulting skills. Experience working with Leadership Team members and employees working from a variety of locations.
Strong HR process orientation (Compensation, Talent Mgmt, Engagement etc).
Employee relations experience; experience working with employees to rollout processes or policies, resolve issues, etc.




Strong experience in a manufacturing environment preferred and knowledge of the medical devices industry would be a benefit.
At least 3 years of HR professional experience, at least 2 years in a generalist role.

EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelor's degree. Master's in Human Resources or Business preferred.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
