Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Master Planners/Project Management Specialists (Level 5) for a contract opportunity in El Segundo, CA.

*This position is 100% ONSITE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards. Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules. Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry. Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders. Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience
- Mastering Scheduling
- MS Project

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Schedule Management

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience. Bachelor preferred but not required if candidate has a mixture of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
