Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Manufacturing Engineer 3's for a contract opportunity in Mesa, AZ

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies. Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines. Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build. Leads and implements manufacturing plans. Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements. Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices. Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions. Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule. Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implements lean principles and technologies.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
- Related NC Programming experience/expertise. 5+ years demonstrated experience with NC Programming and Machine Control Data
- Numerical control, machining and programming technical experience.
- Experience with Unigraphics NX.
- Experience with CGTech Vericut / Vericut Composites software.
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Composites Fabrication.
- Experience in machining and machine automated equipment controls.

PROJECT/SKILLS:
o Describe the project they will be working on: US Gov't Secure Program - Client Phantom Works Division (Advanced Composites Fabrication Center).
o Size of the Team: Currently 3 NC Programmers, increasing to 6 NC Programmers during 2024.
o Does the statement of work have any limitations on physical attributes? No
o Type of background we are looking for (education, # yrs. experience, etc.):

EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
6 am - 3 pm
1st shift and 2nd shift opportunities
Start/End Time: 1st shift = 6am to 3pm / 2nd shift = 12:30pm to 9:30pm
Various work schedules available - positions can be either a 5X40 or a 9X80 schedule.

MISCELLANEOUS:

100% onsite.
Okay with out-of-state candidates.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
