Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Tooling Programmer 3's for a contract opportunity in Mesa, AZ.
This position is 100% onsite.
Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience. Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility. Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work. Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment. Works under general
- Numerical control, machining and programming technical experience
- Experience with Unigraphics NX
- Experience with CGTech Vericut / Vericut Composites software
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom
- Experience with Composites Fabrication
- Experience in machining and machine automated equipment controls
Accredited education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
6 am - 3 pm
Various work schedules available - positions can be either a 5X40 or a 9X80 schedule
1st shift and 2nd shift opportunities
1st shift = 6am to 3pm / 2nd shift = 12:30pm to 9:30pm
