Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Leader II for a contract opportunity in Batesville, IN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Provides sales operations support and assist the field sales team with the design and configuration of patient lift solutions.
o Develops quotations and proposals based on Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and/or customer needs assessments.
o Creates patient lift designs and details based on site surveys, plan reviews, and/or construction documents
o Prepares submittal drawings and package for customer review and approval, based on customer-specific order details.
o Manages multiple projects simultaneously; Working with field-based Project Managers and Sales Executives ensuring all key project-specific information and details are received and verified.
o Manages installation process with identifying/hiring key 3rd party certified installers, while managing the schedule to meet customer's expectations. Identifies opportunities for improvements to reduce overall installation costs.
o Communicates with customers, both internal and external, regarding customer requirements for product purchase, bids,
proposals, drawings, and general troubleshooting.
o Confers with appropriate personnel for technical advice and problem solving.
o Provides Order Management/Customer Service with detailed information in order to process customer orders.
o Maintains records and files regarding customer projects.
o Responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional customer value, employee value, and shareholder value in an
environment that is demanding and ever changing due to customer expectations and practices.
o Uses appropriate software tools to perform bid takeoff, prepare quotations, develop drawings, process orders, while managing multiple projects.
o Provide internally-focused product development feedback and recommendations based on customer input received.
o Utilize positive people skills when providing work direction and status review for assigned project team members. Collaborate and seek guidance from internal functional and technical groups/resources required to achieve job objectives.
o Manages implementation activities with field-based project managers, installers and contractors.
o Provides assistance to investigate product and installation issues related to Liko overhead lift installations.
o Assists with facilitating the orders with Contracts Administration through the contract review process.
o Travel 0 - 10% depending on geographic location and specific needs of the business/projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Ability to interpret construction specifications and plans (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural).
o Strong PC literacy including knowledge of Microsoft products, including MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and other PM related software tools.
o Practical knowledge of design tools/software (AutoCAD, Revit) is desired.
o Practical knowledge and use of CRM tools (Salesforce.com) is desired.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o Commitment to customer care and building long-term relationships.
o A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
o Strong consultative approach to project management.
o Demonstrated track record in facilitation of large, diverse groups to reach a consensus agreement on process.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Acute and post-acute care, health care environment experience desired.
o Project management experience, preferably within healthcare, or construction industries.
o Applied use of design tools/CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) is desired.
o PMP or other industry related certification(s) desired.


EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in a business, health care or technical field; or 3-5 years related construction trade experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
