Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Aircraft Painter for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Read and interpret engineering paint drawings, technical manuals, understanding symbols, flags, and general notes
o Detail surfaces and prepare for paint by cleaning, media blasting, stripping, abrading or chemically treating
o Wash aircraft surfaces prior to painting
o Mask aircraft surfaces as necessary protecting sensitive components, final wiping prior to paint application, prime and paint
o Use various types of hand tools and/or hand-held power tools, grinders, sanders, plastic media blaster, paint guns, tape measure, etc.
be able to work any shift and/or weekend as directed by operational requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Plastic media blast experience
Paint removal experience

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
4/10 work schedule
Willing to work any shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
