Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Clerk for a contract opportunity in Weston, MO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs various administrative activities. Originates correspondence as directed. Utilizes computer systems to accomplish job tasks as necessary. Performs mathematical computations, including averaging data from charts and logs. Maintains a variety of records and files. Performs timekeeping duties as necessary.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Data Entry, Accounts Payable, Strong and effective communication
Self-Starter and ability to be self-directed
Keyboarding at 30 wpm production and 25 wpm revised copy Previous customer service and/or computer experience is preferred High School or equivalent. SASS Pre-employment testing 2 years previous administrative experience

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to multitask with various systems and work groups
PowerBI System Experience
Fuels Data

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time - Shift Hours: 7:30 - 4:30 pm 30 min lunch break


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
