Chipton-Ross is seeking a contract Shipping & Receiving Coordinator position in Tewksbury, MA.

OBJECTIVE:

The impact you will have could be anything from delivering products that help a scientist discover a cure for cancer to helping a nurse care for a patient effectively because they have the right equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Process customer orders daily to meet their expectations.
o Work in one or more process paths, receiving, picking, packing, or shipping.
o Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures and complete documentation requirements for hazardous materials
o Help ensure inventory is stored properly.
o Work with your team to make sure everyone has a great experience working at client site.
o Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
o Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly.
o Ability to read and write in English.

REQUIREMENTS:
o 2+ years of general warehouse experience
o Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)
o Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals) is a plus.
o Experience with computers and scanning equipment preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
o Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.
o Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching) required.

EDUCATION
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time - Day Shift 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
