Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Wyalusing, PA.

SUMMARY
In your role as a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for collecting media for cell culture which is used in the pharmaceutical industry.
Attention to detail and ability to follow collection processes according to standard operating procedures will ensure that our customers receive quality product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Collect, package and ship product from assigned meat packing facility
o Follow all standard operating procedures related to your work responsibilities
o Set up work area prior to shift start and perform clean up duties throughout shift
o Complete daily production paperwork
o Perform other work-related duties as required and/or assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
o 1 year of experience working in a production environment
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Basic digital literacy
o Effective standout colleague
o Reliable transportation required for reliability purposes
o Attendance and being timely is crucial for continued employment..

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
o Able to stand for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 65 lbs.

EDUCATION
Accredited High school diploma or equivalent required.

FULL TIME
05:00 AM - 3:30 PM
8-12 hour days and occasional Saturday depending on workload and on plant schedule.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
