Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Technician for a contract opportunity in Tulsa, OK.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Provide Preventative & Reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.
o Limited Preventative & Reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
o Routine Inspections of Fire Safety Systems.
o Routing Inspections of Facility and Grounds.
o Basic Carpentry and maintenance of facility physical structure.
o Coordinating with vendors on contracted work.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

o Basic trouble shooting/repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, walls & floors.
o Utilizing ladders and lifts.
o Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations and industrial standards and practices such as NFPA, DOT, ANSI, OSHA, etc.
o Proficient computer skills and MS Office.
Must be capable of developing job knowledge/skills.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
o Experience with using a facility and equipment CMMS (e.g. Faciliworks)
o OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and/or other related education or professional credentials a plus.
o HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical certifications a plus.


EDUCATION:
Accredited high School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.

Full-time
9/80 work schedule
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
