Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Procurement Analyst 1 for a contract opportunity in Mesa, AZ.

*This position is HYBRID - Onsite 3 days a week.

OBJECTIVE:
The successful candidate will support procurement activities for after-market spares in support of our commercial platforms in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Effectively manages priorities for a high volume of commercial spares orders.
o Works with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled and closed and reaches its destination to meet program / customer demands.
o Coordinates schedule changes with the supplier and/or Purchasing Agent for contractual changes to the purchase orders.
o Updates the procurement system with the most recent supplier inputs and status.
o Supports the coordination and tracking of action items to resolve purchase order constraints with internal stakeholders and supplier.
o Executes expedite requests based on program needs.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
2. Ability to learn SAP

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED required
Prefer College degree, experience with MRP and finance systems


FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

MISCELLANEOUS:
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
