Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer II for a remote contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement customer requires in existing Enterprise applications using the technology stack of Angular, .NET, Java, and SQL Server.
Design automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on application concerns, including cloud-ready distributed application architectures, migrating workloads to containers, containerized development workflows, and integrating container platforms with automated CI and CD pipelines.
Assist in the design, build, management and operation of the continuous delivery framework and tools

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3+ years' experience in work with Angualr, .NET, and Java.
1+ years' experience in interfacing and with SQL Server.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities to deploy OpenShift Container Platform in both public and private cloud.
Exposure to containerization, the Docker project, Kubernetes, and OCP.
Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment processes and tools such as IDEs (Eclipse), Source Code management. (GIT/Stash), Jenkins, Maven, Nexus artifacts
Build automation, CI:CD and DevOps.
Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience.
Ability to work and interact with others in a structured, virtual, team environment

Travel to Fort Worth, TX will be required once a year.
