Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Product Delivery Specialist 2 for a contract opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK.
*This position is 100% ONSITE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares, releases, and delivers technical documents and data to the customer within standard guidelines, processes, and applicable specifications. Identifies document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines. Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs quality checks. Delivers or releases customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements and resolves any discrepancies. Maintains delivery record data files, customer access to online technical content and technical data library. Supports identifying document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines. Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs routine quality checks. Completes simple release of customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements. Files delivery records and administers customer access to online technical content and technical data library. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
oExperience with Technical orders is required
o XPP is required
oArbor Text Editor is required
DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o Knowledge of Boeing process a plus
o Technical publishing experience is preferred
o XML and ACM
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.
EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate)
and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
TRAVEL: YES
Domestic travel may be required.
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
