Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Technician ll for a contract opportunity in Tewksbury, MA.

SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Technician II will utilize mid-level skills to assemble instrument components, sub-components and top level electro-mechanical assemblies. They will perform fitting/mounting, alignment, adjusting and repairs on parts and equipment. Work is done in conjunction with other specialists and under supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Assembles products in accordance with daily / weekly production schedules.
o Able to assemble entry-level sub- components and use those components in a top-level instrument assembly.
o Perform accurate wiring techniques, including harnessing terminations and connectors.
o Follow established work processes, procedures, standards, and methods.
o Uses various fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
o Perform manufacturing tests and written documentation as the need arises.
o Maintain equipment and performs housekeeping duties daily.
o Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time; Mon-Fri - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
