Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking an Avionic Technician for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of duties in the Avionics, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or system check for aircraft delivery. Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs Avionics testing, Wire Routing, and System checks on F-16 aircraft prior to delivery; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have a minimum of 6 years Avionics experience on fighter aircraft preferably F-16s
Must have Flight line experience

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-time
4/10 work schedule
Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
