Chipton-Ross is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a hybrid contract opening based out of Grand Prairie, TX.

This position is 50% Remote - Candidate must be able to report to the Grand Prairie, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will be part of the Hardware Design & Analysis Engineering - Electro Mechanical Packaging team
Electronic packaging required for processor, interface electronics, power cards, and flexes.
System has significant physical and thermal constraints so experience with high density electronic packaging is desired.

The Candidate must have experience in the skill set of CREO modeling and Windchill database use.
They must also possess knowledge of documentation requirements and the use of Windchill PLM for a configuration management system.

REQUIREMENTS:
The Candidate must have 8+ years of experience with the following:
o CCA Board Design and flexible circuit Design.
o Creo Parametric 7.0
o Windchill 11.1
o Microsoft Office Products
o Adobe Acrobat
o Nuance/Kofax Power PDF.
o Electro-mechanical design and packaging
o Cables
o Custom chassis
o Schematics (Mechanical, Electrical)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience with high density electronic packaging

EDUCATION:
Accredited HS/GED

SHIFT:
4/10 - 1st
