Chipton-Ross is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a contract opportunity in Anaheim, CA.

This position is 100% onsite.

1. Match and code invoices to packing slips and purchase orders
2. Input coded invoices into computer system
3. Communicate with vendors, buyers, Receiving and Inspection, and others as needed to get invoices paid timely
4. File and pull documents as needed
5. Answer phones, emails, and Teams communications timely
6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

At least 3 years' Accounts Payable experience within a Manufacturing or Aerospace environment
Experience with backlog of invoices to process
Going through 25-50 invoices/day
Ariba/Concur experience a plus, willing to train on it Cost point experience is very helpful
Experience with 3 way match and 2 way match
Communication and writing skills

Preferred experience:
Highly preferred: Experience in manufacturing / Aerospace industry working with Supply Chain and warehouse.
Knowledge of Outlook and Excel required.
SOX and GAAP audit familiarity a plus.
Ariba and Concur experience a plus.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
