Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a General Project Management 3 for a hybrid (remote/onsite) opportunity in Maryland Heights, MO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role will include supporting the development team and act as leader of the agile process. Helps the team meet goals and coordinate with other teams. Removes impediments and coordinates cross-team impediments and dependencies.

Tasks
o Runs Iteration planning, and backlog refinement meetings.
o Ensures team is performing ceremonies in a value added manner - keeps people on track, moving through different processes. Scrum, planning, retro.
o Supports the product owner.
o Runs team meetings including daily standup.
o Facilitates setting team goals for a PI and iteration and helps ensure their completion.
o Eliminates Impediments and blockers. If there is one, the scrum master should be the first line to do something about it or know who to contact to help.
o Protects the team from uncontrolled scope creep, stops additional scope from entering an iteration based on capacities and priorities.
o Digs through Backlog daily to ensure dev team is not impeded and is updating activities.
o Runs the Team Iteration Demos: schedule, invitation, host meeting.
o Runs PI Planning Breakout sessions.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
