Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Scheduling Specialist/Planner for a contract opportunity in Mesa, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Updating schedule and scheduling charts

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience or high school diploma and 7-9 years of experience.
Experience with Microsoft Project and Scheduling Knowledge Basics

EVM
People skills, someone who will drive accountability and is persistent.

PREFERRED:
Experience with SSI Tools
Aerospace experience

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
This is part time. The site works 4/10 Monday – Thursday. Position is 30 hours for a few weeks, then 20 hours per week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
