Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking an End User Support Specialist 2 for a contract opportunity in San Luis Obispo, CA.

*This position is 100% ONSITE.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoots moderately complex delivery systems or network issues and escalates problem as appropriate. Assists with basic computing delivery systems configuration management. Performs basic end-user training. Regular and predictable attendance is required.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o Security+ Certification

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience supporting software development environment
o 2+ years' experience in Linux application
o 2+ years' experience in Windows Active Directory Management
o 2+ years' experience in Windows Updates
o 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Windows Environment
o 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Windows
o 2+ years' experience in Linux

EDUCATION:
Minimum level of education required is a High School Diploma.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible depending on customer).

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
