Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an HR Assistant for a remote contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within Client Units, as well as general payroll support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the Client Employee Service Center.
-Support will entail administration within various time recording systems
-Performing time adjustments
-Maintaining holiday schedules
-Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions
-System training and testing when system changes occur
-Weekly reporting and audit support
-Complete required tasks independently

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll principles
-Demonstrated knowledge of Time and Attendance principles
-Demonstrated knowledge of Wage and Hour Compliance requirements
-Proven effective Customer Service skills
-Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
-Demonstrated effective Analytical skills
-Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office soft

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 1st Shift
RMT

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
