Chipton-Ross is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist 1 for a contract opportunity in Renton, WA.

*This position is 100% ONSITE.

The Client is seeking an energized, customer focused Merchandise Coordinator to receive inbound inventory and prepare gifts for our Client business partners. This role will coordinate and process in-bound merchandise inventory, maintain accurate counts, and prepare gift bags for pickup or delivery to our airplane sales customers and assist Account Management Team with placing stock merchandise orders.

The successful candidate is detail-oriented, well organized, and able to effectively manage multiple gift delivers under short timelines, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

o Responsible for receiving merchandise transfers at loading dock, counting received merchandise for accuracy, moving inventory between buildings and merchandising BBE's stock merchandise inventory to support BCA customer's needs.
o Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure required merchandise minimums are always in stock on-site
o Coordinate with our internal sales team to prepare gifts bags for our airplane sales customers.
o Prepare customer gift bag requests on a daily basis. (De-price gifts, assemble gift bags per customer's expectations, have gift bags ready for customer pick-up at the required pick-up time).
o Package parcels for domestic and international shipping, create shipping labels, and complete all shipping / delivery requirements as requested by customer.
o Arrange transportation pick-up and delivery of gift bags as requested by customer.
o Assist on-site BBE Account Managers, placing stock merchandise order for customer requests.
o Maintain an organized, clean office and storage locations that offers a welcoming environment for internal customers.
o Provide an excellent customer service experience.

o One years of retail operations experience.
o Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
o Strong communication skills with the ability to brief stakeholders of project status.
o Physical demands (if any): Ability to lift / move boxes, not to exceed 35 lbs. per box.
o Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT.

o Previous inventory experience.

Accredited High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by client.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
