Chipton-Ross is seeking an Office Administrator 1 for a contract opportunity in Magna, UT.

o Maintain professional demeanor and act with integrity with all levels of the organization.
o Provide primary support to PSSC Single Program Manager and AF Director leadership.
o Plan and provide logistical support to PSSC Single Program Manager and AF Director leadership, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating lunch meetings.
o Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for communications, reporting, presentations and other various tasks (i.e. coordinate calendars and meetings, assembling presentations, documenting processes and knowledge sharing).
o Ability to protect and maintain confidential information.
o Administer Data Management principles on CDRL and SDRL information within SharePoint, Teamcenter, and other tooling to ensure data integrity through audit processes.
o Possess strong communication skills and be able to communicate with the prime customer and supplier personnel, to support submittals and delivery activities.
o Knowledge, Skills, and Ability - Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks.
o Problem Solving - Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.
o Discretion/Latitude - Performs complex tasks and participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plan schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
o Impact - Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.
o Experience in technical editing and writing and have strong writing and editing skills, including ability to manipulate usage and grammar.
o Experienced in file configuration management.

o Associate degree and minimum 4 years administrative support experience
o Experience working with government customers
o Understanding of government operations in accessing and processing SEIC/CAC/DBIDS/JIRA/CDRLVue Access
o Strong written and verbal communications skills
o Candidate must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
o Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense system (Concur or similar)

o Bachelor degree and 7 years administrative support experience
o Ability to exercise good judgment while demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, managing schedule conflicts, and providing excellent follow-through
o Demonstrates outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
o Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense system (Concur, Edge, or similar) with complex, frequently changing travel
o Experience participating and hosting in-person and remote video teleconference meetings (such as MS Teams)

Associate's Degree is required.
School must be accredited.
