Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking an Application Analyst II for a remote contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring logs to maintain system stability.
Providing technical support for internal applications.
Provisioning application user access.
Handling other assigned work items.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing directly and remotely with customers.
Strong troubleshooting abilities, including evaluating tickets for impact and urgency and gathering evidence.
Organized and adept at updating troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases.
Self-driven and collaborative, able to work effectively within the application support team.
Consistently completes tasks accurately and on time.
Makes sound decisions with general guidance.
Emphasizes process adherence, attention to detail, and trustworthiness.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing application troubleshooting support or working as an application analyst.

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
4/10 work schedule Monday-Thursday
Overtime will be required on an as-needed basis
1st Shift
RMT

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
