Chipton-Ross is accepting resumes for an experienced Shipyard Recruiting Manager in the Mobile, AL/Pascagoula, MS area.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
-Experience in Shipyard and Industrial staffing.
-Experience in developing staff continuity and customer relationships as well as having an aggressive approach towards building business.
-Prior managerial experience is required.
-Experience with a fast-paced office with the ability to screen potential employees and create a solid foundation for the region.
-Experience with staffing both new construction and repair work.
-Experience with military, government, and commercial shipbuilding projects.
-Experience level: 8 years

Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Ability to Relocate to Mississippi.
Relocate before starting work (Required)
