Chipton-Ross is seeking a Scrum Master for a remote contract opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will be as a Scrum Master for a software engineering project consisting of multiple concurrent development streams. They will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion among development streams. They will also assist in tracking, following up on, and closing out any questions or blockers faced by the team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 6+ years' experience as Scrum Master covering integrated concurrent development streams
- 6+ years managing JIRA for development teams, including metrics and dashboards for Agile Hive
- 3+ years' experience with Agile methodologies, including leading PI planning, standups, and sprint ceremonies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized, able to track and follow through on action items/decisions
- Ability to coordinate between technical, functional, and PMO stakeholders
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a US Citizenship
EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift
RMTEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
