Chipton-Ross is seeking a Clean Room Operator for a contract opportunity in Asheville, NC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures.
• Work in a clean room and follow proper gowning procedures.
• Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to determine and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and perform data analysis as required.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
• Availability to work standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
EDUCATION:
Accredited High school diploma or an equivalent qualification, with relevant work experience also considered.
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time; 8:30am-5pm.Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
