Chipton-Ross is seeking a Product Training Specialist for a contract opportunity in Greenville, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful candidate will work with subject matter experts to develop/deliver technical training for
airborne and ground-based systems. This position requires attention to detail and follow-up on all
delegated assignments.
Partner with engineering teams, relevant team members, and customer representatives to define
the priorities for curriculum/courseware development and to coordinate completion with product
release dates. Develop/deliver training presentations and lesson plans from engineering
documentation, field service requirements and vendor spec sheets. Create course materials that
ensure participants have a solid understanding of the systems, and the skills needed to operate or
maintain their systems in their day-to-day responsibilities. Must be able to deliver course materials
in a formal classroom setting, trainer/simulator environment, or on aircraft.Works under general supervision and will be responsible for the task leadership of one or more programs to include the daily oversight of courseware development activities and interfacing with the PMO and customer.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers. Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized. Problems are typically solved through advanced education or past experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop and deliver complex topics.
Some travel required.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
6+ months experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Training development and delivery in a technical environment.
Knowledge and experience implementing training programs using an instructional design
methodology.
Experience with in-flight, flight line maintenance, or FSR on one or more military ISR platforms.
Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and technical data.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a
minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior
related experience.
**Education MUST be accredited**

SHIFT:
Full-Time-1st Shift.
Monday-Thursday 9 hours/day, Friday 8hrs/day, off every other Friday.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
