Chipton-Ross is seeking an Associate Facilities Coordinator 1 for a contract opportunity in Northridge, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking an Associate Facilities Coordinator to provide leadership administrative control and support to our Plant Facilities Manager/Maintenance team in our Northridge, CA offices.
Job Duties
o Provide administrative support to Facilities management in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment
o Edit and submit business resiliency documents, update documents on Facilities SharePoint site, maintain continuous accuracy of the documents
o Support a large team with various normal office functions while managing diverse set of priorities
o Procure and invoice supplies and materials to aide in the success of the Facilities team
o Assist in facilities event planning/coordination
o Maintain Employee Seating and Parking information on SharePoint
o Produce neat and accurate correspondence, forms, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. from verbal instruction, notes or handwritten copy
o Answer phone calls and direct as appropriate
o Interact in a positive way with other staff members and be a leader and team player with the administrative team
o Coordinate new employee onboarding from Facilities stand point

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Ability to work routine jobs with limited supervision
o High school diploma required
o Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and handle multiple tasks and managers in a fast-paced office environment
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
o Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to positively interact with workers, contractors, management, and customers
Skills & Qualifications:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills.
o Detail oriented but able to understand the big picture.
o Ability to work unsupervised.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 work week. On-Site.


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
