Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Circuit Design Engineer for a hybrid contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX.

This position is 50% onsite. Travel for supplier visit will be require for this role.

This is a part time position for up to 25 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks will include: Technical support to Supplier Management Teams (SMT); Develop electrical requirements, designs, Interface Control Documents (ICDs,) and drawings for items including oversight of two vendors' electrical design through preliminary design review (PDR) as well as prototype hardware development and integration into missile system.
Conduct research, technical investigations, and problem resolution.
Support system and subsystem design updates and release; lab testing and evaluation
Provide on-site supplier support as required to perform design verification and qualification testing events.
Reports efforts directly to Program Electrical Engineer Lead.\

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 6+ years' experience with electrical background and experience working with electronics suppliers.
- 6+ years' experience with digital, analog and power (i.e. mix signals) electrical background

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift

MISCELLANEOUS:
