Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 (three) Operations Program Managers for a contract opportunity in Camden, NJ.
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
Requires strong knowledge Strong knowledge in Hi-tech Military Grade Communictions equipment to include: Cabinet Assembly, Cable Harness, Automate Circuit Card Assembly, and Box Build.
Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Significant working experience with execution of earned value management (EVM).
Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting business status, presentations, and business cases to executive leaders and external customer.
Experienced with all phases of manufacturing and program management (development, planning, conceptual design, requirements definition, preliminary design, prototyping, test and evaluation, integration, entry to production, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong knowledge in Hi-tech Military Grade Communictions equipment to include: Cabinet Assembly, Cable Harness, Automate Circuit Card Assembly, and Box Build.
Monitor order status, including material status, managing WIP areas, location accuracy, inventory discrepancies, manufacturing and program support, and communication support.
Engages with other IPT Leads, Functional Managers, and leadership to promote successful action planning and execution.
Frequent collaboration with multiple functions (e.g., Design Engineering, Contracts, manufacturing, etc.) and the program office.
Support overall Program by contributing schedule inputs and changes into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), maintaining timely and effective change management processes and procedures
Support multidisciplinary program reviews and presentations throughout the different phases of development, certification, and production readiness with internal and external stakeholders.
May manage large projects or processes that are both inside and outside of immediate job area.
Coordinate and Negotiate workflow through multiple work centers to secure needed resources while ensuring hanging customer demands, and schedule deadlines are met.
Serve as the Earned Value Work Package Manager for assigned programs.
Analyze material configuration and job order status using Windows-based computer systems and software
Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees.
Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
EDUCATION:

Monday-Friday 07:30am-04:30pm
MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
