Chipton-Ross is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a remote contract opportunity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting and how to use them to measure team performance and progress.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts and impediments
Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and processes
Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe
Experience with Agile-Hive project management tools, specifically, JIRA.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process, ensuring that the team is following the principles of Agile and Scrum, and removing impediments to progress. You will work closely with the development team, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and solutions. This individual will be required to assist with facilitating the Agile development process by leading formal planning, tracking/ task management and execution of work. Additionally assists with capacity planning and preparation for Wall Walks (formal reviews sharing planned work for upcoming/next Increment).

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Minimum level of education required is a High School Diploma or GED.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time, 1st Shift RMT

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
