Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 (two) ISO 9001 Certification Senior Specialists for a contract opportunity in Fall River, MA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Project management.
Can work with cross functional teams to execute a project plan.
Ability to plan and lead regular status meetings.
Ability to plan and lead ISO 9001 compliant audits.
Ability to manage and analyze data.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Ability to develop and manage root causes and corrective actions.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of electro/mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
Experience with developing and implementing ISO 9001/AS9100 compliant audit plans and audits.
Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 standard(s).
Experience with implementing ISO9001/AS9100 compliant processes leading up to certification.
Experience in managing projects with a cross-functional team.
Experience with compliance relating to applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
Experience with obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating necessary processes documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
Ability to consistently and accurately manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed, clear reports.
Ability to focus and follow-through to conduct follow up audits to monitor managements interventions.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years prior relevant experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years prior related experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads implementation of IS0 9001 compliant processes and achieve certification for the site.
Leads implementation of IMS1 (Segment and Corporate) policies and procedures across all functions.
Performs gap analysis within IMS1, current practices and ISO9001 clauses with each function.
Develops and execute plan to address the gaps identified with each function.
Support team with documenting internal processes and procedures/work instructions as needed.
Conducts internal audits of the Quality Management system and identify gaps of the QMS to ISO9001 standards.
Ability to access ITAR controlled items and/or articles.
Proficient assessment skills needed to determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
Proven ability to perform and control the full audit cycle.
Working knowledge and experience auditing ISO9001 standards.
Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office applications with knowledge and experience managing business transactions and communicating with internally and with customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills needed to present reports that reflect the audits results and document the process.
Ability to consistently and accurately manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed, clear reports.
Experienced professional with proficient knowledge of job area and practical knowledge of project management, procurement, planning, design and development, production, and manufacturing.
Prior experience in procedures, business practices, inspection methods, materials, equipment used in maintaining airworthy articles.
Additional duty will be the Document Control Administration, managing the review, approval and release of company operating documents.
Conducts Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations using the 8D methodology.
Trains other team members in RCCA methodology and practices
Train other team members to perform internal audits and as need act in the capacity of a lead auditor.
Support in performing Management Review meetings.
Explains and interprets processes and procedures to others within and outside the job area.
Work consists of making enhancements or improvements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
Communicates with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures and may occasionally have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.).
Reports directly to the site Quality Manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Experience with quality functions of SAP (S4/Hana preferred by Fiori is acceptable.)
AS9100/AS9110 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
ASQ Quality certifications are a plus.
Experience extracting requirements from both Military and Commercial contracts.
4 years' experience in root cause, corrective action determination and verification.
4 years' experience performing audits to AS9100/AS9110 or similar ISO standard.
Experience working within a matrix organization.

SUMMARY:
Develop and execute plan for implementing ISO 9001 compliant processes and achieve certification for the site. Conducts Quality Management System (QMS) audits by examining and verifying operational processes and records and/or procedures of internal organizations to determine the reliability and effectiveness of internal control systems. Examines processes and/or records to ensure proper recording of procedures/transactions and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, agreements and policies in relation to the applicable Aerospace Standards, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) regulations, and internal corporate or site specific policies and procedures. Designs and prepares reports of findings to management and makes recommendations for implementing controls where appropriate.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 yrs prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 4 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years prior related experience.
**Education MUST be accredited**

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time - Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, every other Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
