Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 (two) Assemblers for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must have previous experience as an electromehcanical assembler utilizing IPC-620 standards.
o Experience with IPC-620 standards, including:
o Crimping open and closed barrels.
o Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel.)
o Soldering
o Solder sleeves.
o Daisy chains.
o Solder splices.
o Able to perform self-inspections (understanding criteria - acceptable or defect recognition)
o Able to follow work instructions and understand drawing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in building electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with IPC-620 standards. The position requires the ability to perform self-inspections, understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition, and follow work instructions and drawings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Desired skills include mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies, such as torque and cable routing ensure efficient production.
o Mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies.
o Torque (understanding how to set tool and use.)
o Cable routing (bend radius, service loops, dressing of wires.)

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10-1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
