Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Integrated Planning & Scheduling Analysts for a contract/remote opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Experience utilizing the Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) Integrated Scheduling tool, and Microsoft EXCEL.
o Knowledge of DoD EVM DFAR reporting requirements
o Knowledge of Integrated Scheduling CPM practice
o Knowledge of Program, or Project Management practices
o Experience as a Lead Program Schedule Integrator on a large development program with DFAR/IPMR/IPMDAR requirements
o 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Will provide program scheduling support directly to program teams including IP&S, Finance, and CAMs to address EVM process and data issues associated with active DCMA CARs/CAPs leading to closure. This role will work on-site and virtually at the direction of program/site IP&S leadership to expedite issue resolution. This position will require domestic travel to client program locations when necessary to coordinate activity. Including:
o Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
o Perform analysis and planning activities to support product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.
o Facilitate, and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
o Provides training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to technical teams and lower-level employees.
o Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation of EVM compliant program plans and schedules.
o Offer testing process observations and insights to Program and PM Home Office staff.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Education must be accredited.
TRAVEL
This position will require domestic travel to client program locations when necessary to coordinate activity. Potential for some remote work when site visits are not needed. Weekend travel is unlikely. Travel will typically be at one location for about a week at a time. Possible locations include:

Philadelphia, PA
Colorado Springs, CO
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
