Chipton-Ross is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Architect for a hybrid contract opportunity in Hill AFB, UT.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must have the ability to read and interpret (F-16 Preferred) Fighter Aircraft Drawings.
A thorough knowledge of aircraft Multiplex bus communication and 1553/194 standards is a plus;
Must work well in Integrated Product Team (IPT) comprised of contract labor, Lockheed Martin, and government civilian employees, F-16 familiarity.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, coordinates, directs, and/or performs engineering assignments involving specifications for, and design changes or alterations to, aircraft, engines, systems, components, and field or shop equipment; investigates and analyzes project requirements and operating problems and develops recommended solutions to meet company governmental safety and performance standards including Minimum Equipment List (MEL); evaluates, selects, applies, and/or adapts engineering modifications; designs or recommends new or modified parts and components; analyzes reparability of parts and components; evaluates operating data on parts, components, and systems to establish causes and to determine remedies for wear, malfunctions, or premature removals; analyzes and evaluates aircraft and associated equipment proposals; prepares technical data, procedures, reports, drawings, manuals, and other required publications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Understanding of the Agile Software development cycle would be a plus.
An advanced understanding of SQL/databases and C++/C#
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 9/80 work schedule 1st Shift
ADDITIONAL:

This position does allow remote work which is subject to change depending to business needs.
HYBEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
