Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Program Planning Scheduling Analyst 3's for a contract opportunity in Clearfield, UT.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Program Planning or a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
o Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
o Able to work on site in Clearfield, UT daily.
o Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Responsibilities:
o Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
o Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
o Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
o Uses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
o Adheres to and guides the team through compliance with all Earned Value Reporting metrics such as DCMA and DECM metrics.
o Perform and/or assist in schedule performance analyses and visibility reporting; assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR.
o Facilitate and support program monthly rhythm process utilizing Microsoft Project and Project Server, SAP/S4, wInsight, Milestone Professional, Tableau/PowerBI, and MS Excel/Powerpoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.
o Excel Macro/VBA Skills.
o Experience in Deltek Cobra.
o Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS:
Full time 9/80 workweek. 1st shift. 7:30-5:30.
