Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Office Administrator for a contract opportunity in Canoga Park, CA.

This position is 100% onsite.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
8 years of relevant administrative support experience with a high school diploma, or 4 years of experience with an associate's degree
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Concur
Experience in travel booking and expense reporting for executives
Experience supporting special projects, events, conference room set-up, and catering
Ability to order supplies and manage executive kitchen/cabinet stock
Strong multitasking skills and ability to provide immediate customer service with a "no is not an option" mindset
Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle complex administrative duties

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare weekly staff meeting agendas for VP of Operations and President of SPPS
Coordinate travel and expense reporting for VP of Operations, Sr. Director of Quality, Security, Advanced Programs, and other leaders
Support special projects, events, and on-site executive meetings, including setup and catering
Manage and order supplies for the executive suite and maintain kitchen inventory
Provide high-level customer service and executive support, including on-site support to SPPS President when in LA
Handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4 years of experience

WORK HOURS:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
Overtime may be required


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
