Chipton-Ross is seeking 20 Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 2) for a contract opportunity in San Antonio, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
• 2-3 years of experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings.
• Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams
• 2-3 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
In joining this team, you will gather, analyze and interpret data for the program needs and requirements. You will be responsible for building and combining data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytics research. Additionally, you will add data-driven value to processes by gathering, analyzing, and translating metrics into actionable insights in executive-level presentations. Your ability to develop effective, lasting, and collaborative relationships with peers, managers, and leadership across many levels and functions will be essential to thrive in this role. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
• Build and combine data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytics research.
• Add data-driven value to processes by gathering, analyzing, and translating metrics into actionable insights in executive-level presentations.
• Maintain and improve process efficiency through the use of process methods, tools, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation, and data analysis.
• Provide solutions and recommendations by interpreting, analyzing, and integrating applicable internal data, external data, and building metrics for reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including staffing, strategic sourcing, and leadership, to support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, managers, and leadership across various levels and functions.
• Dive into analytics and metrics utilized for the entire site, understanding the objectives and processes in place.
• Be self-driven and work without much oversight once understanding the objectives and processes.
• Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
• Model and drive accountability.
• Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, or changes.
• Work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
• Communicate potential staffing issues that could impact the business and/or skill teams across the site.
• Drive collaboration across teams/functions at varying levels of leadership.
• Foster a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Build trust with business partners, peers, and leadership.
• Maintain continuous partnership with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• 1-2 years of experience designing/building visualizations within Tableau
• 1-2 years of experience interfacing and collaborating with senior and executive leadership
• Prior experience with Client Enterprise Reporting Tool (BERT), Cognos and Adaptive Planning
• Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction
• Experience with Staffing program oversight & metrics reporting for sourcing talent and pipeline development
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvements
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Be able to go up and down stairs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK HOURS:
FULL TIME/VARIABLE SHIFT; Must be available to work 1st & 2nd shift.
