Chipton-Ross is seeking a Scheduler Coordinator 1 for a contract opportunity in Sunnyvale, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High school diploma or equivalent
o Exceptional communication and soft skills.
o Leadership in enforcing schedules and navigating obstacles.
o Technical knowledge of the reimage process for workflow efficiency.
o Ensure the team is occupied at least 80% of the scheduled transition time.
o Achieving a continuous reduction in missed appointments.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for a Scheduling Coordinator. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the migration of users from the MARSYS network to the NGUSN, ensuring efficient handling of all logistical and communication tasks.
Responsibilities
o Maintain accurate status reports of user migrations and missed migrations.
o Act as the primary contact for change leads assigned to groups of 50-60 users.
o Escalate missed migration appointments to change champions within the Executive
Leadership Team (ELT).
o Oversee the compilation of documents and functional requirements for the project team.
o Deliver active user lists and schedules to the project team.
o Engage with change leads to ensure accountability and support for non-compliant users.
o Report bi-weekly on successful migration numbers and lessons learned.
Project Timeline
The project will start in end of May and conclude by the end of December. Aim to migrate at least 100 users every two weeks following an initial pilot of 40 users.
Reporting Structure
o Report to the Classified Enterprise Infrastructure Support Manager and matrix to the Project Product Owner.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
School must be accredited
WORK HOURS:
5/40 workweek. On-site.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
