Description
Chipton Ross is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity in Deerfield, IL.

JOB SUMMARY:
This role will support the PTO project execution (rebranding) on the supply chain side of the business. Supporting the region Network Planners to ensure inventory continuity globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Experience person in supply chain management - warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service or inventory planning would be preferred
o Minimum 3yrs Supply Chain Experience in similar scale supply chain role
o Proficient technical skills, experience with Rapid Response and JDE or other relevant planning systems would be beneficial
o Proven stakeholder management skills (including influencing, communication negotiating and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization
o Basic Project management skill and lean/continuous improvement.
o Strong leadership skills including leading projects with broad scope and impact outside own department & promotes teamwork between departments
o Understanding of all aspects of the financial impact of supply chain activity including profitability, turns, service level & inventory control
o Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening). Solid business knowledge.
o Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to work with in a team setting.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
o Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business. Accredited high school diploma or equivalent required.

WORK HOURS:
First Shift, Full Time.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
