- Chipton-Ross is seeking a NetworkOperations Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Experience monitoring network/telecom infrastructure
Ability to provide first-level troubleshooting, verification, resolution, and incident ticket coordination
Ability to analyze system and performance data to identify anomalies and take appropriate action
Experience leading service alert notifications and supporting technical assistance center (TAC) lines
Familiarity with dashboards and alert portals
Ability to observe equipment and respond to error indicators
Experience running diagnostic tests and reporting malfunctions
Understanding of and adherence to Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and workflow processes
Strong communication skills and professionalism in reporting and escalation
US citizenship required due to program access
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Enterprise Network Operations Center (NOC) Team within the Resiliency team
Improve IT business performance through global situational awareness, proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and predictive analysis
Deliver responsive and customer-focused IT infrastructure support
Monitor and maintain operational awareness of Lockheed Martin’s IT services
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a fast-paced IT operations environment
Familiarity with enterprise-level network monitoring tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm ET RMT Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
