Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Machine Operator for a contract opportunity in Owego, NY.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

1–2 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing Experience working with microscopes and visual acuity tools Experience using SAP or similar systems Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be able to read and write English Must pass a medical and vision exam as outlined in the supplier guide

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up and fabricate printed circuits and circuit boards based on engineering drawings and diagrams Operate an Electroless Copper Line during second shift hours Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality Work effectively both independently and within a team environment Follow safety and quality standards throughout all tasks

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Accredited High School Diploma or Equivalent

WORK HOURS:

4/10 work schedule 1st Shift


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
