Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Level 4) for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Subject matter expertise in IMS (Integrated Master Schedules) development and earned value management planning.
  • Experience in developing the IMP (Integrated Master Plan).
  • Experience Assist in developing a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry. Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Develops and establishes lead time requirements. Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies. Day to Day:
    Integrated scheduler for the KC-46 International Tanker programs for proposal and day one planning with the guidance in overall schedule structure and architecture. Responsible for the overall integration and coordination of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Coordinates and directs schedule development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting. Requires subject matter expertise in IMS development and earned value management planning. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
  • Utilizes the IP&S Macro Process Flow for BDS Integrated Planning and Scheduling
  • Supports our clients Enterprise Standard Gated Process for proposal artifact development
  • Development and maintenance for a “plan for a plan”
  • Development of different tier level schedules as the program requires (in Milestone Professional)
  • Development of the IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) using either MS Project (MSP) and/or Open Plan Professional (OPP) (Preferred)
  • Assist in developing the IMP (Integrated Master Plan)
  • Assist in developing a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Running Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), if required
  • Supplier Schedule Integration (if applicable)
  • Attend daily/weekly meetings or tag-up calls
  • Responding to Program Action Items
  • Coordination with the EVM (if applicable)
  • Assist in Resource loading of the staffing plan
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    WORK HOURS FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
