Chipton-Ross is seeking a Payroll Manager for a remote contract opportunity.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3years designing and executing change-management plans for large-scale technology or HR/Finance transformations.
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure training programs for adult learners (classroom, virtual, or e-learning).
  • Strong writing ability; experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar knowledge-management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; capable of tailoring messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies; strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience tracking adoption metrics, training KPIs, and presenting data-driven insights.
  • US Citizenship is required for this role
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain change-management plans, impact assessments, and adoption metrics
  • Coordinate communication cadence (announcements, FAQs, newsletters) with HR, Finance, IT, and Global People Services.
  • Design end-to-end training curricula (in-person, virtual, e-learning) for new processes and system functionality.
  • Deliver “train-the-trainer” sessions and serve an instructor for new payroll process roll-outs.
  • Capture learner feedback, track completion rates, and refine content to maximize adoption.
  • Author, version-control, and maintain functional specs, process maps and desk guides.
  • Keep a centralized, searchable repository (SharePoint/Confluence) that is always current and compliant with LMPI policies.
  • Track change-request status, training effectiveness, and issue logs; produce weekly dashboards for leadership.
  • Support the HRT/HCM Organizational Change Management team to align with PMO vision and strategy.
  • Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, SMEs, and operations team on change-impact and training questions.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, identify resistance, and define mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze adoption and training data to recommend process enhancements.
  • Capture lessons learned and embed them into the organization’s change-management framework.
