Chipton-Ross is seeking a Human Resource Assistant 2 for a contract opportunity in Pascagoula, MS.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

o High School diploma and 5 years of human resources and/or administrative assistant experience. o Experience with MS Office suite required. o Bilingual (Spanish).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

oThe duties of an HR Assistant/Receptionist include being the face of the company; manager of first impressions; welcoming visitors and helping them with requests to include completing applications and onboarding; answering, screening, and forwarding calls; verifying identity and resident status of applicants; managing administrative tasks like maintaining appointments and interview calendars; helping the TA department with the hiring, onboarding, and termination procedures; managing the availability of the meeting/conference rooms; o Candidate must excel in effective communication, social skills, reliability and discretion, technical and social skills, problem solving, empathy, and flexibility. Successful candidate must work well under pressure and be resistant to stress. Candidate will work in fast paced office environment. Dress Code is business casual.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

o Bachelor's degree with 2 years of human resources office experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Accredited High School diploma or equivalent.

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time 5/40, workweek. 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift.



Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
