Chipton-Ross is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst for a contract opportunity in Andover, MA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Associate's degree with at least 10 years of Configuration Management-related experience.
  • Experience with the application of CM-related policies, procedures and tools.
  • Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), and drawings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-disciplined teams.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Products (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong and accurate attention to detail.
  • Business Acumen
  • Self-starter and independent working attributes are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and document management skills.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance and must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance prior to start
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage product revision control and maintain the authoritative configuration baseline.
  • Design and support documentation-traceability workflows for manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Review, log, categorize, and track engineering changes against approved customer baselines.
  • Analyze Technical Data Packages and notify impacted stakeholders of configuration impacts.
  • Ensure CM and DM processes are fully compliant with contract, regulatory, and internal requirements.
  • Lead change-management activities from concept through product sustainment.
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-site initiatives that enhance T3 fidelity.
  • Produce clear, concise communications and documentation for highly detailed, mission-critical work.
  • Mentor junior analysts and share best practices within the team.

  • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
