Chipton-Ross is seeking a
Field Support Specialist for a hybrid contract opportunity in Santa Monica, CA.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, execution, content operations, or commercial support.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple workflows and systems.
- Comfortable reviewing engagement data and identifying trends.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and compile monthly Key Account execution communications (MKAP) to support national and priority accounts.
- Ensure completeness through proactive outreach when required communications are missing.
- Adapt execution content not covered in monthly activation calls into presentation-ready formats for internal field platforms (e.g., Pit Stop, digital screens).
- Track communication completion and compliance; publish finalized materials across internal field communication and document management platforms (WingTips, Red Vault).
- Conduct monthly user testing for Pocket Guide updates and new content.
- Ensure all activation call and field-platform links are accessible to third-party distributors.
- Maintain content accuracy, usability, and governance across field-facing tools.
- Archive historical execution and sell-in materials within the centralized document library (Red Vault).
- Track live attendance for monthly activation calls.
- Review engagement metrics across execution decks, video content (Vimeo), field platforms (WingTips), incentive tools (calculators, Pocket Guides), and digital catalogs (DCatalog).
- Provide high-level insights to support content optimization and improved field execution.
- Maintain distributor communication lists within Campaign Monitor, including routine cleanup.
- Own distributor contact directories and Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) mappings.
- Reconcile distributor contact data with internal reporting systems (BI, CPM) to ensure alignment across platforms.
- Maintain SKU accuracy across internal execution tools (REP), including images, descriptions, exclusivity, and user access.
- Submit and manage system update requests (CPM tickets) and review execution plans for anomalies prior to finalization to avoid field disruption.
- Support planogram (POG) enhancements for top Key Accounts.
- Maintain SKU parameters across global execution, audit, and compliance systems (PSA, Drive, GET), including core/non-core designation and share updates.
- Review and resolve distributor execution and audit disputes through internal compliance platforms (Perfect Store / PSA).
- Deliver monthly reporting on dispute trends and resolution.
- Update and distribute audit agency training materials monthly to ensure alignment with current execution standards.
- Monitor shared execution inboxes (WingTips, PAT, Drive) daily and route issues to appropriate teams.
- Identify enhancement opportunities across execution calculators and tools.
- Analyze incentive engagement trends, including submission quality and acceptance rates.
- Support ad hoc leadership requests related to execution mechanics, pricing scenarios, and field readiness.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in CPG, DSD, or distributor environments preferred.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday 08:00am-05:00pm
- 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. HYB
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
